Members of the Institute of Computer Professionals of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ICpEP-KSA) have actively engaged virtually in an inspiring three days at the International Remote Conference on Current Trends in Engineering and Technology Education (IRCCETE) 2024.
Held at Adamson University, Manila from April 18 to April 20, the conference was a vibrant blend of innovative ideas and groundbreaking advancements.

Day 1: April 18, Thursday
The event kicked off with registration (for face-to-face) and a heartfelt invocation, complemented by the Philippine National Anthem and the ICpEP Hymn. Warm welcomes by Fr. Daniel Franklin E. Pilaro, President of Adamson University, and Dr. Roben A. Juanatas set an energetic tone for the conference.
The day was packed with keynote speeches exploring various themes, including the changing landscapes of learning, the drivers of innovation, and the horizon of technology education. The evening culminated in a Cultural Night, which proudly displayed the rich cultural heritage of the Philippines.
Day 2: Insights and Innovations (April 19, Friday)
With an early start, day two continued the momentum with a rendition of the ICpEP Hymn and welcome remarks. Participants eagerly adhered to the CpE house rules and were briefed on the conference mechanics.
The day was marked by parallel research paper sessions, featuring ICpEP-KSA chapter members presenting both in person and online.
Among the keynote speakers was the ICpEP-KSA President, presenting groundbreaking research on tracking microchip implants in humans.
Day 3: Closing with Connection (April 20, Saturday)
The final day opened with the last of the registrations, leading into a memorable closing ceremony. It featured the presentation and oath-taking by the newly elected ICpEP Inc., National Board of Governors. The award ceremony honored the best papers and presenters, acknowledging their significant contributions to the field.
The conference concluded with a group photo opportunity and inspiring closing remarks by Engr. Rocela Angelica B. Gorospe.
Final moments offered a final opportunity for attendees to network and reflect on the valuable insights gained.
