RIYADH, KSA – The Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ICPEP-KSA) today officially announced the upcoming independent charter for the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines – State of Qatar (ICPEP-Qatar).
The chapter is scheduled to receive its formal accreditation (2025-004) in 2025, which will formalize its independent status. Engr. Lenelio O. Morga is recognized as the Founder President of the Qatar chapter.

ICPEP-KSA extends its warmest congratulations to Engr. Lenelio O. Morga, PCpE, on his role as Founder President of the ICPEP-State of Qatar chapter.
His visionary leadership and unwavering dedication are credited with laying the foundation for the chapter and elevating the influence of Filipino computer engineers within the State of Qatar.
His pioneering legacy is alive in every member of the Qatar chapter who is now inspired to lead, innovate, and serve.
KSA’s Role in Guiding Regional Advancement
Under the passionate leadership of its Chapter President, Engr. Hazel Galas Lampitoc, ICPEP-KSA continues to set a high standard for professional advancement in the Gulf region. In line with the regional alignment, all Gulf countries currently fall under the jurisdiction of ICPEP-KSA while ICPEP-Qatar remains under a provisional membership status.
Engr. Lampitoc has been central to this achievement in her capacity as the International Provisional Adviser for the State of Qatar. Her steadfast support and strategic guidance have been vital in making the vision of an independent Qatar chapter a reality. Her contribution to this historic achievement is a testament to the collaborative spirit she fosters.
