RIYADH, KSA – The Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ICpEP-KSA) has been officially announced the upcoming independent charter for the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines – State of Qatar (ICpEP-Qatar).
The chapter is scheduled to receive its formal accreditation (2025-004) in Nov 2025, which will formalize its independent status. Engr. Lenelio O. Morga is recognized as the Founder President of the Qatar chapter.

KSA’s Role in Guiding Regional Advancement
Under the passionate leadership of its Chapter President, Engr. Hazel Galas Lampitoc, ICpEP-KSA continues to set a high standard for professional advancement in the Gulf region serving as a foundational pillar for the newly formed ICpEP-GCC.
In line with the regional alignment that establishes the ICpEP-GCC, all Gulf countries currently fall under the jurisdiction of ICpEP-KSA while ICpEP-Qatar remains under a provisional membership status.
Engr. Lampitoc has been central to this achievement in his capacity as the International Provisional Adviser for the State of Qatar. His steadfast support and strategic guidance have been vital in making the vision of an independent Qatar chapter a reality. His contribution to this historic achievement is a testament to the collaborative spirit she fosters.
